Waterfalls Plus

In the Sumter National Forest near the border between Georgia and Upstate South Carolina, beautiful waterfalls come in clusters. A cascade, followed by a waterfalls (pictured here) and a narrow passage define Brasstown Falls. This is a piece of paradise that I visit frequently. During my last visit, the waterfall was as beautiful as ever. If you go, prepare to hike using your feet and your hands. The trail that leads to this view has an abundance of exposed roots and vines. Grip them liberally. Return to Click Here
