Color Substitute

At Rainbow Falls in western North Carolina, many visitors trek three miles to view a rainbow at the base of a 100-foot fall.
No-show is on the lips of many visitors after viewing the massive cascade without its namesake.
But in the fall, the annual leaf change makes the trip worthwhile.Timing is critical, but for the lucky, it's a showstopper.
Make no mistake, color comes in many shapes at Rainbow Falls, and viewed from the proper angle, some of the colors of the rainbow will appear.
